Creating an invoice

To create an invoice, you must first select a company from your available list of companies. If the user is involved in one single company, the filter will not be shown.

When creating an invoice, a project and/or customer must be selected

  • When a project is selected that is linked to a customer, the customer is also selected automatically

  • If a customer is selected that is linked to one single project, the project is also selected automatically

  • If a customer is selected that is linked to multiple projects, the project picker will be filtered to only those projects linked to the customer

  • The cost center will be selected automatically if linked inside the project.

  • Based on the Payment Term field inside the customer information, the due date is calculated automatically

  • The currency is set by default according to the country specification inside the company details
